Karen Evans has been a food stylist for nearly two decades. Her favorite things to style are delicate drinks requiring precisely placed condensation drops, or big messy scenes where the unexpected can happen. She went to culinary school in Portland Oregon, and after a few years specializing in Pastry, she moved to NYC to attend film school. While there, she discovered food styling, which was a perfect combination of art, cooking and film. She has worked for clients such as: Bon Appetit, NY Magazine, Sam Adams, Truly, Pinkberry, Mrs. Fields, and others. She now lives in Salt Lake City and is working on her first cookbook.
